That bar on the back bumper is for holding those orange traffic cones. It normally will hold about five of them. You just stack them standing up with the bar in the middle.

May not be the best video to post this on, my 6.4 powerstroke had failed injectors had them replaced and noticed the rockers were worn out and the mechanic noticed that there is no oil reaching to top end causing a squeeking noise, they told me it's new motor time and was curious of your opinion if you felt so inclined......truck was my dad's and he Is gone now so holding on for dear life to his truck.
