Those offset accents at 4:04 is a great example of why I’m such a fan of your work. Little subtitle things like that, they almost remind me of Gavin Harrison and his way of making drumming musical. Once again, fantastic job Mr.Casella👏

My first time seeing SCV in person was on finals day this year. Caught some rehearsal vids and got to watch all of finals of course. Amazing percussion section!

Shout out to Anthony Cirone in measure 89. Seriously though, I learn something new every time you post these.

Thanks for sharing this! Was with Madison this season and we followed SCV on the west coast tour. Loved watching them and hearing this book!

I love this arrangement. Thank Jim Casella for sharing. High Ensemble demand from the battery and front ensemble. Congrats on finishing 2nd in percussion that season.

Casella and Gusseck had Distinctive writing that has it’s own voice.
Not saying Rennick is bad, it’s just different and special in its own way like Mozart and Beethoven.

Last measure of page 9 (1:17 or so), was that a throwback to the lick heard from 91-93? Pretty cool. I was wondering if that ever showed up again; surprise I never noticed it before.
