Hi Mallory, my favorite point that you made was to have compassion and patience with yourself. I know from personal experience and also with many of the people that I work with that it can be really easy to be hard on ourselves, especially when dealing with negative experiences. Usually that ends up making things worse and every time we're reminded of that past experience, we go through the trauma all over again. My tip for self-healing is to be productive. Find something you love and you're passionate about, figure out the reason why you want to start creating in that field and just start.

Love a good smudge! Always burn some palo santo around my workspace at the end of the day/ start of the day to clear the space before starting a new day of work... I find it helps me focus a lot better too. Thanks for this!

Recognising that letting go and moving on is to be encouraged as it free's your mind and your body from negative thoughts, especially as negative thoughts evolve into physical problems - illness, pain etc. Tips include moving to a new environment, making new friends, pursuing hobbies etc..
For self healing I’ve been doing yoga and meditation I’ve forgotten smudging and I miss it what are your thoughts on smudge spray? Or essential oil blend with sage I mean.
yes i have problems with the correlation between awareness i get acceptance forgiveness of being used as a doormat and forgiveness i have trouble with.
