    Greetings from Egypt and really thanks for informative video. I'm a home gardener and used to mix Bokashi powder (inoculant) with kitchen scraps for recycling and making compost. however, this is really interesting and inspiring to make Bio fertilizer as mentioned.I really wonder how about ph of finished fertilizer because as far as my information bokashi tends to be acidic? 2- Can we use Em1 instead of yeast or both ? one last request if possible can you best advise and suggest the ingredients quantity in case of small batch so that we may have the opportunity to try it especially for those loving organic farming. Many thanks again brother for your best cooperation

    • @JacanaHelp
      @JacanaHelp  Місяць тому

      You can simply divide the quantities. In my home garden I normally use half of all ingredients but also 1/4 will do. Good question about the ph, let me try to find out.

    • @JacanaHelp
      @JacanaHelp  Місяць тому +1

      The black bucket contains molasses, it is a by product from making sugar. If you can't find it, you can also use 300gr of brown suger desolved in 1/2L water or fruit waste.
