Gonna tackle this project on my parents Yukon this afternoon. Thanks for the step by step video dude, I feel much better about getting this done now that I’ve seen it done.
Good solid, straight to to the point video. Good job and that is a great idea using the flexible camera. Thanks for including the links for those items.

Spot on - get to do this same job on the exact same vehicle tomorrow afternoon. Your video is perfect. Thank you! ....funny thing....my wife bought me the exact same scope/camera for Christmas.
Thanks so much I seen other videos that discouraged me because you had to take a lot of stuff this was truly easy and helpful I got the job done because of you
Only problem I had was you didn’t mention what size extension was needed I bought a 10 inch and it was way to big but I got it done and I didn’t have to pay for labor somewhere just the part!
@@milwaukeesav6699 I hope it’s good! Thankfully I didn’t have to deal with any sticky lifters. But I did sell that car because I got tired of working on it.
This issue has me going crazy. Replaced the oil pressure sensor twice already. Had all oil leaks fixed with replacement seals. Check engine light still comes on after a few days of driving. Psi fluctuates at idle around 18-22 pounds. What would you recommend after replacing the sending unit twice and sealing all leaks?
I've got small arms and hands and can do this in 10 minutes. And yes, that lisle socket is key to the job. Don't you love it when you drop the new sender under the intake?
i can't get to where you put flex camera info..i get "top* and "new" comments that i been going thru to see if you posted camera info again. great video, seen a lot others that don't even come close to yours. i used piece of plywood with wooden blocks under it so it sat above the engine and i could stay at it as long as it would take. in the end,got my wife up in there, smaller hand and arm...plywood was what made it possible
Great video! I looked last night on my 2003 Yukon 6.0 and i can't find the darn oil sender. do you still recommend that camera? I have an old one that hooks to my laptop with usb but, the picture is garbage on it and it didn't help. Your camera images seemed to look pretty good? Easy to hook to an iPhone?
Thanks! It’s hard to see the sender, a guy can probably feel it easier. My camera is nice, and easy to connect to my iPhone. It has an app you download, then it hooks up wirelessly, and painlessly.
My boyfriend just did this on his 03 and it worked fine that day. then we went out the next morning and it was back to 80. We're not sure why.. do any of you have a suggestion on what to do now?
So my mechanic at my work that does all the service work on our fleet vehicles. He found out that on a 2005 Escalade with the 6 l the oil pressure sensor is tied into the fuel pump and when it reads no oil pressure and it trips to computer and shuts the fuel pump off. And you don't get a check engine light code. He figured that out today when he fixed mine

@@BadHombreGarage It looks like they are on Denali that would be a higher model than a SLT... I guess if you got lots of Money you don't need to know where the Engine is :)
Hey there! Great video! It really helped me a lot! My trouble however is that I have changed out this pressure switch and I’m still having the same trouble with oil pressure are there any other recommendations for what’s going on with this thing? I have a 2006 Yukon Denali XL 6.0 vortec.
