An hour after I upload saying it's incredibly unlikely that it'll happen, it suddenly gets confirmed. Wtf, I guess F1-Insider were legit, I certainly didn't expect that. Why has he done this move? Anyway, gonna be an interesting update tomorrow.
Part of me says "RIP Carlos and shoutout to his family", while the other half says that this move will actually benefit both sides. Carlos because he will be in a team that is mostly stable and is going to value him more due to his skill and experience, and Williams because for the first time since like 1952 they will have two competent drivers they can fully rely on, instead of one good driver and a walking meme in the second seat. Also, better not to say that Newey wouldn't be able to make a fast car at Williams - he might see this video and take it as a challenge. Oh, and I say no to shed slander #RespeccForTheShed
theres a lot of talent just sitting at williams, logoat sargoat cant use his true power but in all seriousness, vowles albon and now sainz have so much talent and belong somewhere much better than microsoft excel central
It usualy happens that organizers of an event jump the gun with announcing it. I guess we can expect WRC announce this with all the bells and whistles soon. The Belgian GP was many things in my opinion: a slow burner, strategy masterclass, great race and certified blue balls moment. Gutted for George, he deserved the victory, but rules are rules in the end and he and Mercedes made crucial error. Definitely wasn't expecting Hamilton and Leclerc on the podium, though as a Ferrari/Leclerc fan, who didn't expect the red squad to fight that near the top, I'm certainly glad. Also surprised that Red Bull was basicaly nowhere, but the higher wings probably did them in more than everyone expected. Well, Carlos signed for Williams, which in my opinion made the fight for the remaining seats more interesting in my opinion. The second Mercedes, Alpine and now Sauber/Audi seats are quite open for potential out of pocket shuffles. And I'm interested how Williams will handle Albon and Sainz together. Williams is sort of built around Alex but Carlos will want that number one status. There are rumours that Ricciardo and Lawson will have a shootout during upcoming RB's filming day at Imola, with the winner taking Perez's seat. Just a heads up. I'd also like to touch on World RX from Hungary, more specificaly the start of Saturday's final heat. In my opinion Kevin Hansen dumped himself and Kristofferson and then whined like a crybaby that he is but what do you think?
BTW, you should have just said outright that Saudi Arabia is in WRC 2025. I had no clue what rally it was on the calendar you showed. But my eye spotted Gran Canaria in the calendar!! I get ROC vibes out form it. I wonder if they use it as a Super Special Stage. Funny GR63 joke, loved it! What will Carlos Sign? Hmmmm... BTW, Hankook Tires are now the soul supplier of WRC 2025 BTW there is no such thing as Virtual Carbohydrates. It is something I made up because of the CARB in their name
carlos to williams? I don't think he would sign. he knows his worth, so unless williams created a rocketship in complete secrecy, he won't go to williams. I still believe he'll go to sauber to prepare for the audi takeover, hoping we get a repeat of the bmw-sauber times edit : ok, I was wrong. but it makes you wonder what williams promised for him to accept, while also turning down RB...

He did that move just to make you mad 😆
Now you have to upload a video where you say that it's incredibly unlikely that Kubica will return to F1

Problem is with the way Audi are looking Williams could be the more reliable option
