I wonder if a bodyshot to a frozen enemy does enough damage to shatter and trigger an ignition to oneshot a player. You could become the ultimate bodyshot king with stasis turrets, specially in a 6 stack of stasis warlocks, probably even feeding infinite ammo over and over to each other if the turret damage counts as an assist.
Update for anyone who's sees this if u clear final boss with someone in your fire team that has ice breaker catalyst COMPLETED it drastically improves the drop rate for the exotic

I just tried doing the dungeon to get Icebreaker, and holy jesus, it is easily the LONGEST dungeon in the game. And the mechanics are extremely unfair. Not worth it for a non-guaranteed drop tbh.
