I am not exaggerating when I say this song is the one that taught me the power of music. It literally was one of the biggest things to help me get over a very nasty and sudden breakup I had in 2017. I would just get high, play this song and transport myself to a funky state of mind while listening to a guy talking about cycling on from *HIS* ex. I could literally feel myself healing.
It's hard to explain. It was sort of like "Wow, here I am feeling like the world's about to end without her while this guy moved on from his situation to make this beautiful piece of art. What art is there inside me waiting to come out?" It was the biggest turning point in my post-breakup recovery.
Cosmo Pyke will probably never see this, and I'm not sure if he plans to continue doing music (it's been years since he's dropped anything) but one day I'd love to tell him how much this song and Great Dane improved my life.

I am Japanese and went to London for the first time 4 years ago.
It was full of scenery and kind people that I have never seen in Japan, and everything was fresh.
I didn't take a train or a cab. I did everything on foot or by bicycle. Of course, while listening to his songs.
I went to Brick Lane. It was the right place for me and I even considered moving there.
I was excited to see if I would happen to meet him, but that wish did not come true and I came back.

Not only is he such a character, he is fucking talented, has a great voice, and is such a chill dude by the looks of him. Whether the song is written by him or not, it seems to fit his personality so well. I fucking adore this.

I was linked this from an American tuber I watch so I thought it'd be Merican. Soon as I saw the polo shirt I thought, Londener. Then the corner shop with the eyes and Luca mobile confirmed it.
nah it's not just because they're in England. Alot of clothes we wear here now are similar to Americans etc. it's to do with the aesthetic that this guy is going for. At times, you can hear the 1980's reggae influence (there's a large west indie population in south london) hence why at times you seen them wearing very English working class 1980's clothing.
he belongs to a british coutner-culture which carries a ultra-british (although also jamaican/african influenced) aesthetic. this is not necessarily an accurate representation of culture in the UK, but it's very common at the moment in London especially among the youth
