Most underrated car in market..this car diesel performance is rock star.. people who look for performance, quality, solid will buy this car
It is because, it's interiors are outdated when compared to its competitors. Also, this car is more off road oriented and suspensions are hard. So people may feel uncomfortable for daily use

How is petrol in FF 🙂
I'm also an owner of the FS Petrol. The user didn't explain the features clearly.
Pros:
1. Peppy Petrol engine, which is one of the best 3 cylinders around. Definitely better than the one in Altroz. Only Polo's TSI would be slightly ahead
2. Only car under 10 lakhs with safety features such as 6 Airbags, Traction Control, Electronic Stability Control, Active Rollover Prevention, Hill Launch Assist
3. Ford service and maintenance cost is one of the lowest (even better than Maruti)
4. Good AC
5. Super accurate steering and best fun-to-drive car
6. Inbuilt Offline navigation is accurate
7. Gearbox is much better than Altroz/Nexon
Cons:
1. Poor headlight
2. Boot space is less
3. No Andriod Auto/ Apple Carplay
Conclusion: Strongly recommended if you love driving. Definitely test drive this car, if you're looking at this budget

Important point for less number of sale is " Rumor of Ford quitting india ". Ford must clear the doubt about the rumor. Even me owner of swift petrol hesitate to upgrade to freestyle petrol is the same reason. Your view abt the same is expected.
@@maksermahesh Sorry if I sounded a bit harsh bro. Kudos to you for driving all the way from PY to Chennai just for the review. Tried to be honest so that atleast one or two people watching this video will at the minimum test drive this car.
Due to poor marketing by Ford, this remains the most underrated car in the premium hatchback segment (Although Ford claims it to be a CUV).

Owning this car! The performance is great. But highly underrated for no reason! Nowadays, Ppl spending nearly 10L are looking for drl’s and projector headlamps! Not the quality!

@@bad_byte5794 i20 is a premium hatchback and costly too! On my point, overrated. FS is nothing but value for money. On preferring i20, You could spend some extra money to get a deal on xuv300 or ecosport!

@@bad_byte5794 FS has 1.2L 3cyl naturally aspirated engine! It has 96nm power which is leading in the segment! The only issue I found is in pickup of FS compared to i20 coz of its 4cyl attitude. But FS is also soo refined and has good build quality! Personally I required a car which has a good engine and build quality! If you still confused, test drive is the only option

1.Ford means Drivability. It's a poor man's BMW.
2. Ford AC's will never go wrong and rear AC vent is not required for Ford cars.

1. in highway ford petrol engine can claim upto 19.5 to 20km
2. Safety is more compared to other vendors
3. low maintenance cost compared to other vendors
4. ford is driver oriented car so those who love driving for them no choice other than ford.
5. diesel engine will be highest preference for those who love more torque.
6. rock solid build quality
7. Ac cooling is very nice in this car

@@kimyangKo it is new car 1st service only done..... Tyre pressure is maintained correctly..... Mostly i'll drive 70 - 80 for getting a gud mileage...... Suggest me any tip to get a gud mileage
One of the most underrated car.. after watching so much of review including this.. I have purchased Ford freestyle..
We have Ford Figo Petrol 2010. Almost 1 L kms & we service once per year around 9 K including brake drum, Clutch, Air coolant oil & engine oil change. Still running new , very strong built quality, very buttery steering with higher speed stability & high speed la easy ah cut adikalam. Mileage is 10-12 kmpl at city & highway is 15 kmpl @ 120 kmph. Compared to my WagonR it is really cheap in maintenance but parts are costly it is more quality than WagonR. Area to improve is marketing & strategy of Ford in Car's interior & need to bring newer cars. Hope they bring more eVs in future

Best in class performance which you no way compare to Altroz and especially I don’t want this car to compare with glanza or bale of because they are bullock and dead machine . Ford Rockzz always. I drove this car for a week and really good because it's naturally aspirated petrol engine not turbocharged. Off-road is also good in this segment and not stuck in muddy road unlike figo. Better build in this segment. cost is little bit higher for spares and service cost is less only. I had issues in second gear while I put and service centre guys told to fix it in next service. Overall I liked this car.

Its a superb car 👌👌&its better than Swift, i20, Alturoz, etc..Ford Freestyle is a safe car👏👏with more safety features but y people r not opting this car🤔🤔I don't know. Riding quality of this car is FANTABULOUS 💐💐Even premium cars can't match it. Modern generation is liking only the cheap Drls🤣🤣&underrating this car for no reason.

Freestyle is one of the best car I drove. Fun to drive car. Ford's service network is the biggest issue in buying this.
That clutch stiffness is very very true ,i see it impracticable for bumper to bumper maneuver in city
I'm having diesel....yes it's little heavy wen compared to hyundais but definitely not a deal breaker.....it's well weighted for this car...

I own ford freestyle diesel nearly an year and I love it very much. This is my first car and the performance is amazing. More highlights are there for diesel version but only disappointment is low power headlights..

Having diesel version FS. THe engine tuned was such an amazing though the powerful diesel engine, it has its smooth play and it wont feel noisy at any cost. When you down to accelerate it takes you to the rocket feel, love the machine.

It's a push button start car but no keyless entry, we have to take the key and press unlock button to unlock the car.
I had Figo 2020 model.. solid car which focus on actual needs for a car and engineered to precise.. super riding quality where I get 20 KPH on highway with max speed of 90..
People who looks for gimmicks will not buy this car..who looks for safety and driving pleasure will buy this..

i20 and altroz has some what over do style of design shapes with chromes and lights to increase attraction..but where ford design is simple,clean and tough .. style. And has good drivability than other cars...any way we miss it.

There are some unofficial news that Ford is negotiating with the new to India french car maker Citroen to sell Chennai Plant. It might follow the path of General motors (Opel & Chevrolet) in India. Let's hope Ford will stay & sales will increase.
Definitely no.. They just now launched Figo At variant. Why they should launch a variant when they are planning to go out of market.. Currently they have the best diesel cars and compact SUV in the market. Also they have good roadmap in india. They will launch focus and fiesta hatchback in india.
@@tamiltechtalks2937 Ford is surviving because of EcoSport. Have a look at last 1 year sales figures especially Figo. Their 2 plants one in Chennai and other in Ahemdabad are utilized only around 25%. Initially have negotiated to sell 51% of their stake to Mahindra which didn't worked out. Now they are planning to sell Chennai Plant to Criterion. Unless they do something to increase sales things might go south soon.
@@pk653 but still they are working on it. Might get a turbo variant in Figo..most of our people won't prefer such good cars. They just go for suzuki and gets fucked up. But I am damn sure aspire will be discontinued.. Even if they are going to roll over, they will support for 10 years as per govt knobs.. Still Chevy is giving support..

Yaay! Finally happy to see some one has bought a flair edition. I used to wonder if am the only one who owns one. If a enthusiast is looking for a CUV please test drive this car. Once u have ur hands on this, you will love this beast for sure.
2 things I will add.
I have a diesel one
1. You can drive it at 180 km/hr on highway with confidence. The vehicle gets to 40 almost instantly on breaking without any rollover.
2. Service cost for first service at 2500 km - free totally
10000 km second service - 2500 Rs
That too they took the vehicle from home and dropped it back.
Drive at any terrain without thinking, jump on any speed breakers.
Alert: high chance of overdoing traffic rules
Add on tip: Audio system is damn osm, one change that would require is to change to equaliser settings to custom.
You wouldn’t require a sub woofer.
Hi rajesh i too have flair one , but sound system is average to my ears compared to polo or someother cars, i feel bass is missing, as you said you customised the equaliser what was the setting you tried can you give some tip on it?
@@karthikrs3349 sure! So u follow the steps below for increasing the bass
1. Go to settings -> sound
2. Click on EQ on the top right.
3. The second unit “63” decides ur bass.
4. Pull 63 all the way to top.
Note: this eq setting will enable max bass, average volume at 21 to 24 and having the connected application volume to full.
For an overall change, Ford provides the Custom button on the EQ screen.
Click on reset and then click on custom. Increase the volume as u like and check how it performs

Comfort driving in city - 18 KMpL
Highway - when maintained under 120 - 22 to 24 KMpL
Highway - when driven above 140 - 22 KMpL
