    I honestly respect both companies and like them alot but I like them both .

    As an electronics installation project manager, there's no comparison - the Wurkkos absolutely smashes the Olight. Why? It has the ability to run both laser and flashlight simultaneously (in fact, it can run ANY of the available modes on the second button while the flashlight is lit, or adjust the flashlight without changing them) - and when you need to pinpoint a target wire drop in a dark corner? That's untouchable.

      That interesting to hear as you're actually using this in your job! The RGB gets good use for me at home, I just set it to something warm and use it for general lighting.

      @DarrenYeoYT lol I do exactly the same thing. I also like that the hold-down modes for both buttons are the default 'low' modes. It's also impressive that you have access to fully 8 different modes of operation from a dead stop.

      Did you mean to say the arkfeld pro has the ability to run the lazer and flashlight together? Because my arkfeld pro's definitely run the lazer and the main light together from moonlight to turbo.

      @t5king850r evidently, they have updated their design, then. First runs wouldn't do that. How exactly is that accomplished, anyway? Do you toggle on the laser, switch to the light, toggle on the light, and vice-versa? Clunky by comparison, even if it works.

      @@stevenevil8415 The arkfeld pro has had that option since it was released I have all of them. When the lazer is on the arkfeld pro. While the lazer is on all you have to do is double click the button and the white light turns on with the lazer at the same time and you can hold the button to cycle thru low medium high and double or triple click for turbo depending on how the light is set-up first Gen arkfeld pro's are double click turbo only.

    Beam shots of the lasers would have been helpful. Enjoying the videos though 👍

    I don't really like the laser with it. I don't use a laser often enough to need it on my flashlight. You know what would be cooler? A LEP/flood light. I like the type c charging port better than that magnetic.

    • @DarrenYeoYT
      @DarrenYeoYT  4 місяці тому

      There's a few of those LEP/Flood combo lights like the Acebeam M1 or W35 but they're expensive and take up much more room as you need a larger lens to focus the LEP beam. Though I've seen some smaller LEPs out there...

    Is your Arkfeld Pro laser rated 5mw? Which laser is more powerful or shine further? Arkfeld Pro or Wurkkos?

    • @DarrenYeoYT
      @DarrenYeoYT  3 місяці тому

      No, the one is Australia has been downgraded to less than 1mW. Not sure what the Wurkkos is rated at.

      Newer Arkfeld Pro has a 5 watt laser! Olight also has a lifetime warranty! Olight offers a lifetime warranty on products purchased in the United States, Australia, China, France, or Germany after January 1, 2023. The warranty covers issues with the product's structure, built-in battery, LED, or lens. If Olight can't repair the product, they will replace it with a product in equal or better condition that's still in perfect working order.
