For those that may not know, Tory's appeal was just denied. So there's that. And the only "mistake" he made was actually shooting Meg, then acting a clown about it like he wasn't in real trouble. That's what happens when you think you can trot social media into a real courtroom. You can't take the folks in the comments with you buddy. Also it wasn't just that he shot Meg, it was his priors that also had him on the hook.
it wasn't his appeal that was denied it was a request for a re-trail, but I agree with your other points his approach to this case was beyond stupid.

Not defending Tory but all he had to do was tell Meg to get outta his car and drive off and none of this would have happened. Plus it was 5 witnesses who said they saw Tory shoot Meg and yes immunity doesn’t protect you from perjury charges. So Kelsey might be doing time too.

No Tory’s defense was first that Meg was never shot, then he lied and said the women were the ones fighting the whole time and he had to break it up, then he lied and said Kelsey tried to get the gun out of his hands to shoot Meg. He had unfortunately already admitted that Kelsey didn’t shoot Meg though…😂
This is all cap. Tory never said anything. The witness said the girls were fighting and the girl shot first. He also said Tory was trying to wrestle the gun away

Bro you making stuff up. The eye witness is already on record saying that two women were violently fighting and one went to the car and grabbed something and there were flashes. The fact kelsey got immunity and them two fighting was never discussed should tell you everything you need to know.
