Over that time the team was away, Tory Lanez was found guilty of three felony counts: assault with a semiautomatic handgun, carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle and discharging a firearm with gross negligence over shooting Megan Thee Stallion.

Gun residue not only on Tory hand but also Kelsey hands. Kelsy shot first and Tory was taking the gun from kels .

With respect, saying that he should have admitted everything up front and pled guilty is just not a realistic thing to expect of him. If he was American he could do that, maybe serve a year or two max, get out and get back to doing what he was doing. But any felony conviction means he'll never step foot in the country again after he gets out, and that not only means his career is over, but also that he'll be no help to any of the artists he was promoting before the incident, and he may not see his son again either as he lives in America and it's anyone's guess whether his baby mother will be willing to bring him to Canada to see him. He didn't have to fire those shots, but after he made that bad decision he had no choice but to try to fight the case. Him getting convicted affects a lot of people
Is it me, or is @Ebro a little too apologetic for Tori regarding possible prison / jail time, remember he was found guilty of all the charges, not some.... all. Cus God forbid If Ebro's daughter, family member or friend was shot, I bet he would have a different perspective on the situation. Everyone has some info on what happened that night, but only the people there know what really happened, so my opinions are all "alledged".I feel bad for all parties involved, because first and foremost, Megan got shot by bullet fragments from one or both of them (Tori and Megan's friend who both definitely touched that gun), so she is the #1 victim. Second, i believe Megan and her friend was fighting, and her friend was getting her a$$ beat, so she grabbed the gun for Megan. Megan's friend was already emotionally beat up from Megan dating guys she wanted or already dated, so to get beat physically too, that put her over the edge. Third, Tori was trying to break up the fight by taking the gun and shooting in the air, but his little a$$ is not too far from the floor, so he shot at the floor! The one thing that I really don't hear people talk about is them all being intoxicated by alcohol and or drugs which im sure clouded all their judgements and ultimately their actions before, during and after the fight. That part is all their faults, we the public can't control that.Their sex and relationships are also their business until they let us in on it, so Megan should feel that she is held on trial for her sexual actions with men or woman.Their was alot of holes in this case, but Tori not testifying in court on his own behalf put himself in a Russian-Roulette type situation with his life regarding the verdict.I just hope all parties involved learned a viable lesson from this situation, Stay Blessed all!

It’s online , the eyewitness told the police he saw a lady get out of the backseat of the car and run to the front of the car to start fighting the lady in the front seat. Then the lady started shooting the gun first. Then the short guy tried to wrestle the gun out of the women’s hand and shot in the air. In the Audio you hear 3 shots then a pause then 2 shots . The 3 shots came from kels , the 2 came from Tory as he grabbed kels hand to point the gun up in the air, that’s when the 2 shots let out . That is why kels had gun powder residue on her hand and body and that is why Tory had gun powder residue on his hand and body . I don’t understand why this is so hard for y’all to see ??

If you listen to the enhanced audio, you can literally hear Tory say “stop okay”. That Man was just trying to stop Kelsey. The witness lumped him in with her and said they were both shooting. It’s incredibly likely Tory was just trying ti control and direct her arm. That’s why he volunteered for the dna test. There is so much reasonable doubt in this case, it did not go down like Meg said

Even if I was going to feel sorry for Tory in the first place, I have no ounce of compassion for him because he tortured this woman for 2 years knowing damn well he did it. Turned a lot of people against her and no matter how much success she still had, he has still ruined a lot of her brand. If he won, it would have even been worse for her.
