Was thinking the same thing, he was apologizing like crazy on the phone call and saying that’s something “he’d never do”, if you didn’t do anything what are you apologizing that intense and pleading on the phone for. People also forget he publicly apologized right after it happened then retracted it. I’m assuming because the lawyers probably told him to do so because he was pretty much admitting guilt. And even with that he was on one because he’s got a history of being aggressive with women.

He didn’t say that the D.A. Altered it, he’s said that when he spoke to his professional that the only way that the dna test could’ve came back “inconclusive” for his DNA is for them to have altered it or to stop the test mid-test or not have done the test at all! There is a key difference between what Tory said and what Charlemagne said here…and in a court case, period, but especially in a court case for “defamation”, which this is not btw, what you say matters. The words that you use matters! He’s just saying what his dna testing experts have told him, that may or may not be what he believes, who knows 🤷🏾‍♂️

    • @d3vp131

That’s a total lie and goes against the entire history of forensic science. Unless there is blood or a cut on the hand, the gun DNA usually comes up inconclusive. Especially when the suspect wipes the gun. Tory is back to trying to fool the ignorant public opinion and bloggers as opposed to sticking to the facts of the case in a court of law.

Unless you understand the justice system, you should never say what a district attorney will and will not do to win. It's not about the truth in 90% of their cases. Only a small amount actually go to trial. Most of their cases aren't won, usually there's a plea because if not taken, they they will punish you severely for making them work.
It starts with the arresting officer, the DA, all the way up to the judge. That's why there are so many wrongful convictions now. So never say what the DA won't do. They are as corrupt as the cop's on the street! If not worse. They have been know to get convictions on cases that they know the person didn't do and still proceed because just like the police, they never admit when their wrong. The entire justice system is screwed and rigged against those of color and the less fortunate.
As for Tory Lanez, he could be right because they did say his DNA was inconclusive. And he's fighting for his life. He should try and appeal. They are required to get their facts straight.

And would that make the shooting justifiable?

This ain't nothing but Ms. Karma coming to Tory to collect for all the abuse he's inflicted upon others. August wasn't the only one he'd been harassing and abusing. When u r abusive and/or mistreat others, it's only a matter of time when the tables will turn.

The results came back inconclusive or no reading. In other words, other people were touching the gun on the night Megan was shot, so there’s no telling who pulled the trigger. However, residue from the gun was found on Tory and Kelsey’s hands

@@DOUBLEJOE850 Na, it came back inconclusive probably due to what he said. They didn't even take dna tests from everyone else in the car, only him, and they determined his dna was excluded from the magazine but a "females" was found on the gun. They can easily find out who pulled the trigger they just did not investigate properly
