I'm still a doubters. Just think your 3 item spike is strong with rylais, rift, and liandries.
If you actually want to face the enemy, yes. If not, maybe you need to fullproxy, cosmic + Rylai + maybe deadmans is a better and cheaper option, considering you may even need to waveskip sometimes.
