singed passive is useless most of the time but sometimes things like this happen and it's amazing.
singed passive is one of the strongest parts of his kit if you're conscious of it during fights

@@-x00N I dunno about your games but teamfights aren't always happening.
You use his passive whenever you interact with anyone. It's one of the reasons why singed support is still somewhat viable. Move speed is also one of the most sought-out stats in the game.

Grasp should honestly be removed from the game. I don't get why tanks who are supposed to play safe early and scale deserve a rune that allows them to heal, deal more damage than non-tanks and give them scaling health. Like I love when lvl 1 Orn or Illaoi can take 1/8th of your health bar with 1 grasp AA.

Tanks kits do too much damage in general is the issue, and they all get sent to top lane which isn't a team fighting lane (most of the time). Their main attribute is they're supposed to be hard to kill, and it *_should_* also be much harder for them to solo kill champs. But being in top lane, they're mostly fighting solo unless the jungler ganks by some miracle. After all these changes to tanks to make them more tank-like, they still don't play like actual tanks, just more durable fighters.
