Hello there thank you for such informative videos. My friend and I are staying at the Regenta in April. We are both disabled and a worried that we will not get up the hill to the main entrance. Is there another entrance to the hotel that is flat?

Hello there! Firstly, don't panic; the Regente isn't up a huge steep hill, it's only a few metres uphill and then you're at reception - although, of course, I know that's easier for me to say as a fully able person! You will need to go to the main entrance to check in though (up the hill from the Round Town offices, then turn right) however there IS an access to the hotel from the main road IN FRONT of the hotel, which is more or less opposite the Union Jack bar. From the flat level of the pavement, this access IS up 3 or 4 steps, and I am unsure if you need a key or a code to gain entry, or if you just buzz reception to let you in. After you get through, you are then in the sunbathing/pool area, and need to walk past this and into the main hotel building. Hi never stayed in that hotel but looks nice stayed in the Dynastic and Gemelos straight across the road great area for shops bars cafes not far from the beach always go back to that part of Benidorm love it cheers for the info on Hotel Regente might try it some time 😁👍

A very comprehensive guide to the Regente as usual. I was interested in the hotel because some people I know stayed there and were very complimentary about the food they serve. I quite like the subdued palate they have used for the refurbishment. However, I know this is a subjective view, there is something lacking in the 'wow' factor of some of the other 4-star hotels you have taken us to.

I think it's a nice little hotel in a nice location.. but I'm surprised that this is a 4-star when for example the Helios is just a 3-star 🇪🇸☀️🏨💗👍🏻
