From your video(mins2.49), you could see a cover between the front wheel and the front lamp. The black cover is to protect the headlamp compartment from mud and water splashes when the car is moving on the road. By turning your steering wheel to one side thus giving you space for easy access and remove this cover. This gives you a much easier access to the headlamp bulb.
