Police union calls for investigation into Whitehall Division of Police, brings legal action

Every PD has a ticket qouta, especially the medium sized departments. The pressure is felt to write tickets. Usually it is not about revenue, but it is measured by the command staff. Even if it is "formal". Good luck proving it though lol.

na it was a couple cops forcing themselves on people with tickets one of the reason i moved out of white hall years ago
