Ingredients for 8 bread rolls:
7 g or 1 tsp instant yeast
310 ml or 1.31 cups lukewarm milk
65 g or 3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 g or 0.5 tsp salt
480 g or 3 & 7/8 cups wheat flour
65 g or 3 tbsp honey
1 egg for egg wash
100 g or 3/8 cup raisins
Bake in 180 C / 360 F for 25 minutes
