Just got it, I’m very happy with it…., I will add this, it’s a HUGE advantage if you already wear jewelry and beaded bracelets, because then it comes across as an every day item, if you don’t wear jewelry…it does not come across as an every day item… and the method is more obvious, if you don’t already wear beads, I would recommend wearing these for a month or two before performing…that way people just know that you wear those bracelets all the time, use the sleight-of-hand that he teaches you to switch the bracelets… much more convincing for investigation… but yeah, like I said, depending on your fashion sense, it can make the method less obvious compared if you just show up with two bracelets on your hand one day….. you can also throw people off the scent just by doing some other penetration magic with rubber bands and stuff
Never underestimate how powerful a simple gimmick can be! This trick is so visual! I think I can figure out the chain gimmick. I like how it Nd’s powerful! I like how they offer you more examinables.

Its too perfect so the method is obvious, even if you switch them out to be examined. Just stick to rubber band magic instead, its far more magical.

But I only perform for other magicians for practice and obviously a magician in a crowd of spectators isn’t gonna try to ruin your trick…. If you’re good at rubber band, magic, or like dental floss stuff, just say you can do it with other items and you can immediately throw of them off the trail. I know that I am going to be wearing a couple of the regular bracelets for around a month before I start performing it, on top of the beaded bracelets I already wear…. so people are used to seeing me wear them all the time…. OOOO! 😲 This looks promising. I remember seeing your original review of T-1000. I didn't get it then because I imagined, just one catastrophic failure would render my $35 purchase useless. Now that T-1000 Plus has been released, what do you think about the additional strength of the bands? Would you feel more comfortable carrying (not wearing) it around to perform outside the house? I would love to be able to incorporate this into my EDC as the look of the bands fit very well with my persona and style of dress.
I didn’t own old one, but I’m guessing this one is a lot stronger, I handle mine pretty aggressively without issues…. I was expecting it to be so fragile based on comments people made about the old one…. haven’t done the research, but just based on those comments, the strength had to be increased. I’ve had it separate, but I’ve never even had it anywhere close to a single component separating itself from the rest of the gimmick. I’m 100% confident in not practicing over a box.
It seems to me that all black is not a common color for a bracelet, and that making the bracelets in something more colorful would help make them more common and natural.

The gimmicked one seems well made but anything that tells me to practice over a boxes seems doomed for failure on the street or stage. It’s almost to small for my normal size wrist and hardly fits. It’s so tight that it’s hard to “remove” and feels like it could burst apart at anytime. I would not waste my money on it again and highly doubt it will ever go into my show.
I almost ordered a second one to add about 5-6 beads to mine and have spares for catastrophic failures but then the total cost seems way to high. Also the gimmicked would no longer fit in the box then.
It's great to see them go all out, but this is one of those gimmicks that is completely obvious to me, and I know I would not enjoy performing it as a result.
Just out of interest: Alan Rorrison had this idea (ring to necklace) ages ago. Unfortunately the marketed item was too cheap (needed slightly thicker nexklace) to use properly and a brilliant idea died. This has the obvious problem of spectators wanting to see the bracelet. With a necklace it never comes up and easy carry. Basically if this was a necklace you’d have a killer effect because it is motivated (ring to impossible location) Bracelet looks great but you’d have to move on quickly. IMO. Price is decent though. Nice review Sir.
My elementary aged students have toys exactly like this. This ain't fooling anyone with half a brain lol... This is one of those gimmicks that seem good on paper, but lack getting reactions in the real world.

It's ok! I prefer the wider variety of tricks that rubber bands offer .... And there is no need to be precious about them.

yea, my wrist is smaller - but I could see how having a larger wrist makes this a little lame

when you add the inspectabilty and the kicker ending, I think it greatly improves the idea
