I used this line and i got no gray coverage, I don’t have a lot of gray, and it didn’t blend my new growth either, i do have a keratin smoothing treatment i did 3 weeks ago and I don’t know if that affects it. I left the color on for 40 minutes, i did level 4 NWB on my level 6 , i just wanted to tone my hair a bit darker and some gray coverage, not familiar with this line im learning it now

If you use the 5 vol w/ lumishine permanent does it make it scream demi?

While not a true Demi, using 5 volume with LumiShine Permanent hair color will minimize lift and allow for primarily deposit.

I wanted to renew my ombre (blond level 8) and used Joico Lumishine Demi Liquid 10nwb. I mixed 1:1, applied on hairs and waited for 35 minutes and nothing happened. It didn't work at all! There is no difference after using Joico and I am really upset about it. This product offers to cover even grey hairs but there is no colour at all. What did I do wrong? Or Joico Lumishine Demi is just a hair care with no colour?

Hi there is a very small amount of pigment in ANY level 10 hair color. We ALWAYS say that there isn’t 100% gray coverage in any hair color lighter than a level 8… especially a liquid demi, there just isn’t enough pigment for you to see. It. This color is designed to deposit the softest warm beige on the lightest of platinum hair.
You won't see a level 10 deposit on a level 8 head… Use a level 8 to refresh, not a 10.

Same happened to me and i did a level 4 on a level 6! It should off done something but it didn’t
