Bro i bend the flapper valve and broke off the peg🤦🏽🤦🏽 i straight it as much as i could but cant put the lil peg. Also does the flapper valve supposed to be loose? Wiggles left to right like of its loose. Did i just mest up my turbo??
@@aftermarketassassins5491 flapper valve does move freely i wasn’t sure if it had to have tension. I thought it did so looks like im good on that then. Thanks i just need to figure out how to put that lil nipple back on the flapper valve thanks i wish i would of seen your video first you explain the process perfectly👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 thanks 🙏🏽
I’m thinking about purchasing the powervision 3 for my can am maverick x3 turbo rr loaded with the stage 2 tune from you guys off of Rpmpowersports it says to shorten the waste gate rod 2 turns from the stock position for the stage 2 tune so that is 2 complete turns? I run a ggb race exhaust and a rpm blow off valve and wanted to see if this tune is fine for my machine I normally use 93 octane pump gas.
How many turns on a stage 3 if you go shorter is that adding pressure? And is it better doing it like that than using the pressure pump gun that ive seen they use
No good! We've not had this happen, so no direct experience.... but in other applications we use a shoulder bolt. Welding an new peg on would also work... if you can get to the back side.

No good to hear! The flapper valve should move freely back/forth with the wastegate actuator rod disconnected.

Great to hear! Yes 2 full revolutions shorter is what you want. That tune will run great with your setup on the 93 octane fuel, they rip!

How high it can go the oem
10-12psi is about as far as we like to go as the throw is also being shortened.
How many turns for 1 psi
Roughly 1 turn for 1 psi
@@aftermarketassassins5491 so if it’s at 7 and I need 8 I go 1 Turn shorter or 1 turn longer?
@@marcogalaviz5574 1 turn shorter would bring the PSI up
I have a 18 172hp an tuned to 205hp what's the waistgate need to be?
You went 1 and a half
Is that set at 8psi on this video??
