GAZ'S MEAL PREP DIRECTIONS AND VIDEO
    www.gazoakleychef.com/recipes...
    ---
Gaz Oakley is an incredible vegan chef who's known for making outrageously delicious meals.
    But are they feasible?
In a world of tight budgets and busy schedules, should we actually be using his recipes as a common, go-to resource?
Well, it's my job to find out!
In this video, I test one of Gaz's most popular meal prep videos to see if it's worth the time, effort, and money.
After buying all the ingredients, and making it myself, I'll tell you:
    - Whether this meal prep can fit in your budget
    - How long it takes to make (including all the extras)
    - How difficult it is to make (and why maybe beginners should modify the process), and
    - Whether or not the taste is worth the effort!
Make sure to subscribe to learn how you can live your best life fueled by a plant-based diet!

EXTRA POINTS/OBSERVATIONS SINCE FINISHING THE MEALS
Since I filmed this video mid-week, I have a few other points I'd like to share that you may find helpful:
    1. I realized I mentioned the caramel bars like 10 times and didn't film them...because I ate them all 😂 Super delicious, not terribly difficult to make, but I wouldn't add again to this specific meal prep given everything else going on
    2. The tofu lasted 4 days, the quinoa lasted 5, and the chili lasted 6 (because it was so filling). Keep this in mind and adjust portions as necessary. This may help with your budgetary constraints as well
    3. Food tasted as amazing on the last day as it did on the first!
Hope you find this helpful! If there's anything I missed or you have other questions let me know in the comments 🙌

I am truly impressed you got all that done in only 45 mins + 30 mins.. When I've meal prepped before it took way too long, but it was nice to only have to clean the kitchen once and instead of every night after cooking. This meal prep looks good

Thanks! It's definitely a great meal prep. You could start by just making one of the dishes and going from there. To be honest, as great as the peri peri sauce was, if it's too much of a hassle you could use any premade/bottled sauce you like for the tofu and it'll be a similar meal! Just a thought that could save you some time and effort if you wanna try it out!

Peter, great video. So fun, I had just found Gaz's channel last week! I love all of gardens, fresh foods, etc.... and like you mention, his area is absolutely beautiful. I love how you broke this down, for someone like me, not able to stand too long, these meal preps would be tough.... but... I love your suggestion, of picking one recipe at a time!

So glad you found this helpful! I'd definitely recommend the quinoa/tofu dish...that one in particular was super quick and delicious!

Hi! I want to go plant based 100% of the time because I'm allergic to eggs and dairy products, but when I lift weights, I don't feel as strong when I'm 100% vegan. I am not trying to lose weight. I'm naturally very slender. Any suggestions would be welcomed!!! Thanks in advance!!

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out! Your situation is definitely doable. I'm naturally very slender as well and have been an athlete for a long time.
I put together a free ebook on how to build muscle on a plant-based diet. It goes through all the steps, the science, my strategies, and includes a sample meal plan. I think that can answer just about all of your questions! And if not I'd be happy to help out more to fill in the gaps ☺
If you're interested just head to buildmuscle.plantbasedteacher.com/ and it'll send a copy to your inbox (if you don't get it let me know and I'll send it over personally).
Lmk what you think and if there's anything else I can do to help! That's what I'm here for 👍🏻

I love Gaz, but I know I'm not going to cook his recipes. But, when I can, I will travel and visit the place where he lives. We have to know our limits.

I'd definitely love to visit that part of the world too! Looks so beautiful. Out of curiosity, what about his recipes is the turn off for you?

That meal prep would turn me off ...too labor intensive for someone already trying to balance work, family d life!
