Make sure you get a charge back from your bank. You have the right to receive a refund on any defective or broken item within 14 days of purchase.

@chrisbailey5055 I have one I just didn't turn the volume up enough. Apparently.
My credit card company will issue me a refund on any product that arrives broken if the manufacturer or seller will not replace it. Amazon prime will do the same in the USA. Not sure how this works in other countries.
