It's a tight squeeze on the time. The only way I can see that happening is if someone can skip grades. My wife grew up in Guatemala and because she was very smart, she graduated from high school and actually had a year of college before coming to the US. She was 16 when she got here. When she described what was required to pass each grade, I was amazed. The education that she had is more in depth than what I had. She had to know more to pass 8th grade than I did to graduate high school. She graduated high school at the age of 14. So, if we are looking at an educational program that is based on what the students have learned, instead of basing it on how many years they have been in school, it is very possible.
