I remember our practice phonetime, we were on our last week of PST. I was really nervous that was my first time to take in calls. When our trainer said, "Okay Guys, Log In and make sure you press AVAIL" I didn’t know what exactly the feeling was but I can't hide it my both hands were shaking. Our practice phonetime only lasted for 3 hours. My first call was from an old woman requesting to change the shipping address on her order since I was nervous I can't remember what taught to me when I was on training I forgot all the process haha however I was able to finish the call, the order was beyond the window timeframe so I just informed her that I won't be able to modify the address. It was very difficult for her to understand me since she's not used to my accent so I spoke really slowly so she could get what I want to say and boom I survived my 1st call hahaha This video makes me miss those days.
Just did my first call and yeah the nerves were taking over. Dude started off with his breakup...... "oh, I'm very sorry to hear that" lol. Nervous a little bit pressure..but sooner or later U can handle it..
The feeling that everyone is watching you!
aaaah.. this reminds me of comcast call center virgin days way back in 2013....the anxiety, the cold sweat..the butterflies in the stomache... the thought of going blank, flustered and not knowing on what to do.. lol.. those were the days..
This week is My first time taking calls i'm sooo nervous
Go babe you can do it! 😆
Why UA-cam suggesting me this video on 2019
Kalma lang bro. parang nakikipagusap ka lang kay bff.. 👌😆🌻🤗
Experience is the best teacher.. classroom trainings are just back ups.. hahahahaha..
It reminds me the first call I took at Concast campaign, took me 1 hour to reset a WiFi password. Lol
I just love this.. Started my career with a call centre.
Me too and what are you doing now?
Naalala ko tuloy nung training namin 2014 sprint account 1st week sa nesting namili sila 3 nesting agents panunuorin ng mga boss galing TATE habang nagcacalls surprise pa sinabi samin after shift wala kaabog abog namili lang sila base daw sa call recordings tapos next day pa haha sa nyerbos ko d ko pinasukan next day haha 😂
Had my call centre interview yesterday. It was my first interview. And to my great disappointment, it was in a room with about 10 people. We all had to do our interview each at a time. And we all fucking panicked. Plus the hr was so rude..it was helll!
haha what company is that?
Sino ba namang hindi kakabahan. Para ka ba namang artista 🤣🤣🤣
Hats off to those folks takin their first call while their clients at their back! Nervous level 99999999 good heaven! HAHAHAHAHHAHAA And look at those computers! So so nostalgic! And the stations my man!
I remember my first call, I talked to a Korean girl hahaha she sounded like a cute girl 🥰, it took me more than 30 minutes to finish the call hahaha I failed to sell device 😥
My first call happened April of 2021 🥰🥰🥰 I can't forget the memories I created during those times. 🥰🥰🥰
Anxiety feels when one of the clients is listening and watching you behind!!
Omg! I hate having people next to me when i take calls. I feel very nervious and eventhough i know what i'm doing i always fail.
Being a correctional officer is easier. I quit the call center for a prison. Reduced stress
I wanna answer call alone so that no one can hear me except to the customer 😂😂😂😂😂😂 so weird
Oh man, I remember when cell phones used to have buttons lol.
