I played Genshin for a month. Wasn’t that special to be honest. Decent for a free to play game but once you find an elemental combo that works, you just spam that every fight and it gets real boring until you gacha some new characters. Just coming on to do daily’s and quests is fun for a week or two but again really repetitive until you gacha. The newer characters are clearly without a doubt better animated and more fun to play compared to older characters so it feels kinda off switching from old to new characters.

I also want to add that Arknights or any other gachas don't recycle character models, looks and feel for every character they release. Seriously, all the playable male characters in Genshin uses the EXACT same models, body type and face...Just generic ass bishonen/ikemen archetype with no substance (Just like the game) to make them stand out on their own. Like, Itto is supposed to be very muscular (I believe) but the illustration and in-game model doesn't sell that. He looks scrawny and his abs is pathetic. And the less I talk about the new Sumeru characters the better.

I already quit Genshit for 7 months now, it got boring the repetitive type of events yeah it has a different story, damn the mechanics of the events is lame, it doesn't excite me to play at all anymore. Arknights is a whole different level gave me anger, stress, excitement, and the feeling of being a successful Dokutah clearing risks until i got my highest risk on the last cc risk 24, also the story is top tier and i always love and like sci-fi types. I never stopped playing Arknights even for 1 week, i did took breaks like 2 or 3 days only for this past 2 years of playing Arknights. I'm excited for Arknights Endfield to be released.

I also want to add that Arknights or any other gachas don't recycle character models, looks and feel for every character they release. Seriously, all the playable male characters in Genshin uses the EXACT same models, body type and face...Just generic ass bishonen/ikemen archetype with no substance (Just like the game) to make them stand out on their own. Like, Itto is supposed to be very muscular (I believe) but the illustration and in-game model doesn't sell that. He looks scrawny and his abs is pathetic. And the less I talk about the new Sumeru characters the better.

If one look at the whole context, a guy was complaining about fanservice in genshin. The other guy then argued what kind of gacha game that doesn't use fanservice. To defend his statement, the guy said it is possible and used Goldenglow from Arknights as example.
Suddenly, a randon guy barged in and instead of refuting the guy's main point, they attacked the game that was used for example.
So, the matter about who threw the first punch, I think it depends on the perspective. Considering the guy was only using Arknights for example for his complaint, I personally think the other guy who randomly barged in was the one who threw the first punch *to the game*

When other guy refuted that there's no gacha game that doesn't do fanservice, he replied that it is possible to "create unique character while satisfying what players need" and used Arknights *as example* to back it up.
Change Arknights to Counter Side or other gacha game, his argument would stay the same because his argument was not that Arknights' design is better than Genshin, but about how it is possible to create an unique character that blablabla. One can badmouth Arknights or whatever game that used as example, it won't refute his main argument.
In short, the guy didn't bring the comparison out of nowhere, but he was asked to and even if he did that, that wasn't his main point and only for example.

I will never play Arknights but I can safely say every design I’ve seen from the game has had some of the best PNGs I’ve seen from a Gacha game. It deserves to be up there with FGO and others. I’d also say Azur Lane but Azur Lane is also deliberately horny at times so eh.

And importantly, they try to use the American/western rules and believing on the Asian company.
Tbh in just a short 2 weeks genshin twit has caused several dramas (this is the newest). It went from sending death threats to artists for drawing something they think is 'racists' >complaining just a fucking pixel sandals for being racists in a fanart>sending death threats to vas> to causing this drama.
Thanks to this I found other games fandom like honkai and ak to be so chill.

Our community is the literally definition of an Alpha Chad, we didn't complain back, instead we roasted them back with sarcasm and memes haha. Been with the community since Feb of 2020, I'm so happy on how much Arknights grew especially the community.
I already quit Genshit for 7 months now, it got boring the repetitive type of events yeah it has a different story, damn the mechanics of the events is lame, it doesn't excite me to play at all anymore.
Arknights is a whole different level gave me anger, stress, excitement, and the feeling of being a successful Dokutah clearing risks until i got my highest risk on the last cc risk 24, also the story is top tier and i always love and like sci-fi types. I never stopped playing Arknights even for 1 week, i did took breaks like 2 or 3 days only for this past 2 years of playing Arknights. I'm excited for Arknights Endfield to be released.
