    Getting your digital marketing agency to $10k per month is straightforward-just stay consistent and focus on volume.
    It's important to stick to one niche and one client acquisition strategy.
    Posting B2B UA-cam content is essential because it builds up over time. Even though B2B content takes a long time to bring in clients, posting today can bring you clients years from now.
    If you only focus on sales, getting new clients will always be tough. This means you'll always have to work on getting clients instead of keeping them.
    Client lifetime value (CLTV) is better than a high one-time fee. The "build and release" strategy that Serge Gatari talks about doesn’t work for everyone-it made our sales process harder and didn’t increase our clients' lifetime value.
    Save money in your business. We used to reinvest all our money back into the business too quickly. We never had savings to fall back on during tough times, so we couldn’t make big moves when we needed to.
