Yes... but its always best to buy a small quantity to check. Of course we recommend using Gilson tips.

Oh Gosh... we don't offer the Thermo product... so perhaps ask them for their specific advantages. However we think the Gilson L is a pretty amazing tool and we are quite sure you will love it as well :-)
