What animated characters would win the Olympic 100m race?

Who is the fastest animated character?
Well, no one was given a medal, but for the next Olympics I'll definitely have an official competition and try to lock it down and decide who the three fastest characters are.

Clever! I thought sure you’d mention Dash. How about retro Speedy Gonzalez or Road Runner for some old fashioned speed? 😂 Nothing like the super sonic/time traveling characters today to be sure, but in their day they seemed unbeatable!
