  • 1/10 scale Kenworth 850 Off Highway log truck. Over 6 months of building reduced to 16 minutes of pictures! All machined parts were done manually and the sheet metal was formed by hand or with basic metal working tools, then TIG welded together. I am not a machinist or welder by trade. I just enjoy learning new things as I go and testing my skills.
    ENJOY!

From when I was 0 to 10 I grew up in Shannigan Lake moved to Satlum on the Cowichan River that my parents still own And have a summer property up in Cicues on Lake Cowichan. My parents have a book on the Cicues camp history witch is an awesome read if your into Island history. Again thank you for sharing. It's been a pleasure to talk to you. Dirty D's RC Haha, I guess it turned out pretty well. I look at it and see lots of things that could have been better but I'm really proud of it. Where might I find your parents book? I am very interested in local logging related history. My wife and I just took a drive through the Caycuse area a few weeks back to do some local exploring. Some cool old train stuff still in the bush there! I watched one of your crawler videos this morning. I like the rocks stacked against the house for a course!
