The beauty is the irony of this song that was unintended by the artists but in the context of the show we should all have understood. A feminist message sung by one of the chosen people is just too good, I at least like to think this was picked because of this but also it is a good song
Finally some fairly new music that uses simple arrangements and kicks total ass, good job young 'uns. Now if only mainstream would realize this is the music everyone was waiting for the new generation to come up with in answer to all the Kpop and autotuned present day music.
Doesn't matter. Rockers are too cool for school. The SECOND they get big or get signed they're through. Too cool for school fans will not allow bands to thrive.

@mojo master I mean, yes and no. The original intent/inspiration does not govern how people interpret songs and lyrics. It's cool to know, though. Thanks, @Jon Dwyer
I think it's about a woman who enters relationships with men without actually becoming attached then bails on them without any strong rationale, and that this behavior is a pattern for her. She doesn't expect much from other people, so any man she gets involved with will be easy come easy go for her. The man trying to teach her something may or may not have been attempting to give literal instruction, but there was some sort of lesson to be learned for the woman from the encounter.
lol the full line is "invite strangers in and meet them" and it's "made choices" not "make." but attention to detail has never been much of a western thing has it..
Kinda ironic. You rant about feminism being based on unreasonable choices, and what did you do? You misquoted and completely misunderstood the lyrics, clearly because of your biased and obviusly emotionally charged opinion on anything even remotely resembling feminism. Welcome to the post-truth society.
It's a sketch comedy/satire group who had a really high-quality, popular TV show on Adult Swim in 2016 before being cancelled because of the political environment. Chastity Belt appeared at the end of one of the episodes playing this song (the episodes generally ended with a melancholic rock track).
Man, that ride cymbal is dry as a chicken neck bone. Can't tell if this was an issue with the engineer or if the studio space was an acoustical nightmare.
