I totally agree and at the current time, very relevant. Something as simple as breathing and yet many breathe inneficiently (shallow through the chest and not deep, through the abdomen, as we should).👍

Thank you for sharing this Ellen. I just employed this very technique on a dental visit and it soothed me tremendously. I've always struggled with white-coat syndrome and I actually witnessed how deep breathing lowered my blood pressure before the dental procedures. - Your personally captured B-Roll footage is a very nice touch too.
So great to hear that you've experienced the benefits of deep breathing! I've found that taking some deep breaths before an interview or meeting helps too.
