A good listen! I liked the check list this week and how it was appropriate for seasonal clothing changes in the entry way, also for the living room focusing on function and not beauty. I keep the kids toys to a minimum now in the living room trying to manage sending the other toys back to their place. However, I am still trying to micromanage the few toys and plethora of books that stay in the living room which causing mom nagging, since I’m very pregnant and losing energy to kindly get down on the floor and help them clean. I shall be resigning to the toy box for this season so that no organization or nagging is required..
I could’ve written this myself 😅 currently pregnant with a 19 month old who’s toys I just moved to her room, but still have tons of books and her Knick knacks in my living room haha.
I love your comment at the end. "Our attitude as Mom is the atmosphere of the home" very convicting!
Thank you for this wisdom! I need this!
I like the last step of adding a welcoming touch best.
