Storm Lillian hit the Nurseries, and we had tents damaged and forced to leave early, and with bad rain due in several caravans and motorhomes also leave early on top of cancellations.
Thank fully the fierce winds did calm down by late afternoon.

Always good to see someone with a bit of spirit who can tell a good tail without overdoing it. I was down in Yarmouth this weekend and had to take my awning down at 5am and the wind break at 7am... And like you said, left early too - on the Saturday while the winds were calmer towing a big caravan home...

I should be here untill end of October and will be announcing plans for winter and next summer soon, we will be keeping our UA-cam but will change the direction, not sure where to yet

Did you see the lorry travelling over the humber bridge? How the heck it didnt go over is a miracle. We was travelling back from turkey on the friday 23rd. Thankfully betime we left dalaman and landed at Manchester at 4pm all had settled down. I know our weather cant be helped but what a bad summer we have had. I hate autumm and winter so these next 6 months i find very distressing 😢xx
