    I made a milky cheese cookie by sandwiching godadilla with a simple yoyo cookie made of 4 ingredients ~
    Instead of sugar, I put a lot of condensed milk, and the combination of cookies with lots of milk and cheese flavor is better than I thought.
    I did not have a lot of cookies so I could feel the flavor of cheese more deeply ~
    If you add an additional vanilla extract,
    Cookie dough is a soft one. There is a part that needs to be worked on, but I think the material is simple and good ~
    You can use different cheese depending on your preference.
    The shape is simple, the color is so soft, it's a lovely cookie ~ * ^^ *

    About 9 sets

    Unsalted butter 70g
    110g of condensed milk
    200g of powder
    Salt 1 / 8ts
    Gode ​​cheese 200g

    1. Uncooked butter is gently loosened, put in the condensed milk and mix, then mix the flour and salt.
    2. When the dough is bundled into a bundle, wrap it in a wrap and let it cool for about an hour in the fridge.
    3. Put the godata cheese wide and flat, then put it in the refrigerator and let it harden.
    4. Cut the dough after it has been cut to a square frame and bake it for about 15 ~ 15 minutes in a 170 degree preheated oven.
    5. Cut the hardened cheese into the same square and sandwich between the cookies.

    4가지 재료로 간단히 만든 연유쿠키에 고다치즈를 샌드해 밀크 치즈 쿠키를 만들었어요~
    설탕 대신 연유를 많이 넣어 우유의 풍미가 많이 나는 쿠키와 짭짤한 고다치즈의 조합이 생각보다 괜찮더라구요~~
    쿠키가 많이 달지 않아서 치즈 풍미를 더 깊이 느낄 수 있었어요~
    추가로 바닐라익스트랙을 넣으면 쿠키만 따로 먹어도 맛있답니다~
    쿠키 반죽이 부드러운 편이라 신경써서 작업해야 하는 부분이 있지만 재료가 간단해서 좋은 것 같아요~
    가운데 샌드한 치즈는 취향에 따라 다른 치즈를 사용하셔도 좋답니다~~
    모양도 심플하고 색감이 포근해서 사랑스러운 느낌의 쿠키랍니다~*^^*

    For all the Americans in the comments talking about wanting to use cheddar:
    No u can NOT use Cheddar. Cheddar does not go with stuff like this. Simply because the cheese is too salty. Though it wouldve worked if the cookies were sweeter. Try and stick to Gouda cheese. If that's not possible use Edam or Havarti cheese. They both go with sweet stuff but are a bit more expensive. Also, try this recipe out with grapes as a side dish. Makes this taste even better.     Update: I've been thinking and I feel like not everyone can get a hold of the cheeses mentioned above. Camembert and creamy Brie are a great alternative! Know that some Camembert cheeses can be very strong so please read the packaging first to know if it's mild or not! :) If u choose one of these cheeses I would definitely recommend it to eat it with grapes, the cheese could be a bit strong for some people so the grapes will balance it out beautifully. Hope this helps some of u and have fun making it!❤️
    I can't believe that I even have to say this again when I said it in my original comment already. Cheddar only really goes with stuff that is very sweet. I made these cookies and they are NOT that sweet. Yes they have a hint of sweetness coming from the condensed milk but they don't taste like a sugar cookie or anything like that. You can try it with cheddar yourself and see if u like it but commenting "ChEdDaR dOeS gO wItH tHeSe CoOkIeS" when other people already said it is pointless and doesn't help u in life or others. Shut up about it. It's just a damn cheese.

    For anyone needing imperial (US) measurements:
    - 5 tbsp butter
    - 5 3/4 tbsp condensed milk
    - 1 2/3 cups flour
    - 1/8 tsp salt
    - 7 oz gouda
    Bake at 350 Fahrenheit

      @@jerricho11 usually just 1 teaspoon so as to not change the consistency, you can add more if you want but you'd have to increase the ratio of dry ingredients~

    I tried it and it was SO GOOD! I tried eating the cookie with the gouda cheese but unfortunately mines was to salty so the flavors kind of clashed. But the cookie alone is so soft and the sweetness is not overpowering at all! It’s perfect! I love it so much, they would be perfect for Christmas with an assortment of other cookies! Bless you!

      @@suzyoh3890 condensed milk is only sweetened where I live the other can milk is called evaborated milk. So to me it sounded kinda odd to ask lol

    Hi Cooking tree, I have followed your recipes and they works so well. But I have always wonder where could you get such good butter, with nice white-ish color and smooth texture like that, because normally storebought butter is yellow and at most time cant blend nicely with sugar at room temp 🙈🙈.     색도 모양도 넘 고급지네요. 직접 만들어보니 시간이 지나서 가운데에 있는 치즈의 가장자리가 굳어지는 아쉬움이 있으나... 모양만큼이나 맛도 너무 고급져요. 부드러우면서도 짭조름한 게 맛있네요!! 실온에서 보관해도 될까요?

    As someone from Gouda it’s so weird to see what they call Gouda cheese in other countries although this one is actually very close compared to some, maybe it’s just the packaging

      So much plastic, every single little slice of the cheese packaged individually :c
      Also idk if this recipe would work with the gouda thats commonly distributed in Europe, the cheese in the video looked more like some kind of cream than an actual solid cheese
      U could still use some cheese without having it stretched around but im not sure about the texture

      @@brightafterrain_ i think i used less heat than the recipee said because i have halogen oven and as for how long i just kept looking until it's going to be brown. Take it out before it's browning. Just keep looking at it i guess....

    You don't need to keep space between cookies when you're using a rectangular cookie cutter on a rectangular cookie dough

      She did that for baking purposes so each cookie bakes evenly, without the gaps the outside would cook faster than the middle and it's aesthetically pleasing.

      Nothing to do with the cookie cutter or shape. It's because they're the type of cookie called a "short bread," and short breads don't spread during baking, so they can be closer in the oven.
      It's still good to give them some distance since steam will escape, and also gives all cookies uniform cooking otherwise you might see more browning around the edges.

      Sagar Thorat her video's purpose is for baking but also for relaxing. Seeing those evenly spaced out satisfies many people. For home cooking, sure, go ahead and do that. It will still do good

    저도 한번씩 쿠키 굽는거 좋아해서 따라하곤 하는데 제 취향은 좀 촉촉 쫀득한 느낌이 있는 쿠키라서, 요 레시피의 박력분 대신 중력분을 사용하면 좀더 부드러운 식감으로 만들 수 있는지 궁금하네요... !
    아니면 연유가 들어가서 박력분 쿠키라도 파삭한 식감은 좀 덜한지 궁금합니당ㅎㅎㅎ

    직접 만들어봣는데 오븐열이 더강한지 7~8분만에 구움색나와서 빼고 만들엇어용 원래 쿠키가 조금 딱딱한가요 ㅜㅜ 영상처럼 예쁘게 안깨물어지네요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ
    고다.체다.크림치즈 세가지로 해봤는데 전 크림치즈가 젤맛났어요

      오븐 사양에 따라 굽는 온도가 다를 수 있는데 오븐 온도가 높았던 것 같아요~ㅠㅠ

      @crgzero : I was referring to the previous video, with the melon cheesecake, where the subtitles were in a thick black box across the bottom of the screen. It ruined the aesthetic of the video and the English was poorly translated. I prefer the original look of the videos, where the subtitles are in a delicate font and do not detract from the aesthetic appeal of the video. You can find my comment about the subtitles in the comments related to the Melon Cheesecake video. Perhaps then you'll understand my comment on this video.
