NEXTEEL - OMIS: Choose OMIS excellence, innovation and service

Nexteel is a new project of the Trentino-based FAE Group. A young company, which excels in the design and construction of machinery and products for medium-heavy structural steelwork, with an innovative approach to processes and a technological outlook firmly focused on the future.
In addition to fibre lasers, robotic equipment and vertical centres, the factory has developed an efficient in-house logistics sector for the handling of semi-finished and finished products and, in the most important area, welding, it employs 50 welders and 20 robots to fully assemble components in-house.
In this operational context, Nexteel could not fail to choose OMIS as a partner with the same vision for product innovation, relying on no less than fifty jib cranes, portable gantry cranes and overhead cranes. In addition, with the aim of total quality, the OMIS installations were upgraded with the application of OMIS hoists. In addition to the quality and innovative potential of the systems provided, Nexteel appreciated and appreciates OMIS's consistent and effective presence in terms of product, service and support.
Nexteel è un nuovo progetto del trentino FAE Group. Un’azienda giovane, che eccelle nella progettazione e costruzione di macchinari e prodotti destinati alla carpenteria medio-pesante, con un approccio innovativo ai processi e uno sguardo tecnologico decisamente rivolto al futuro.
Oltre a laser in fibra, attrezzature robotizzate e centri verticali lo stabilimento ha sviluppato un efficiente settore logistico interno per la movimentazione dei semilavorati e del prodotto finito e, nell’area d’intervento più importante, quella della saldatura, impiega 50 saldatori e 20 robot per assemblare completamente all’interno le componenti.
In questo quadro operativo Nexteel non poteva che scegliere OMIS come partner all’altezza e con la medesima visione per quanto riguarda l’innovazione di prodotto, affidandosi a ben cinquanta tra gru a bandiera, gru a portale e carroponti. Inoltre, con l’obiettivo della qualità totale, gli impianti OMIS sono stati potenziati con l’applicazione di paranchi OMIS.
