Can you guys do something about the SSV subwoofer kit for the Yamaha RMAX4 1000. Why does it keep failing when it's suppose to be water resistant. I wanted to buy it but not until the leaking problem gets resolved. Some owners said it has failed even though their RMAX has not even been in any water.

I don’t have the ride command just the cargo space for storage.

How do you hook up amp to the ride command?

With our kits, it has to be one of our Ride Command specific kits to hook up with Ride Command. Our kits that are specific to it, just plugs right in to the Ride Command unit

Will this work on xp turbo or do i need the ride command?

SSV radios don't work on the Yamaha Rmax unless you replace the antenna wire. I would expect the unit to function correctly. Doesn't make you guys look good. Come on, you can design units like that and you can't figure out an FM antenna?

Facts! I get no local radio stations with the SSV head unit that came with my RMAX4 1000. Very disappointed.

@@eddyangueira4369 You need to power it directly from the battery with a rocker switch to run it. The keyed switch has too much interference.

I have to reset mine every two days because it won't turn on what's the deal with that??
