Is there a power busbar on a 2015 Rzr 570? I don’t have the split dash like yours and couldn’t find it under the hood
I have never seen a 570
Awesome man. I see you made your ten thousand subscribers bro. How did that fuse box work out for you in the long run? Does it help your charging system if you add that box?
Thanks bro I don’t know about helping the charging system just a cleaner way of doing it but the only thing I did was add dielectric grease to the fuses
Do you know where the factory fuse box and relays location is ? Great video thank you.
Under the seat
What kit do I need to get power to my busbar on a polaris 570 midsize
Call a dealer or have someone make you one
No problem Probably cheaper if you have someone make it just an FYI but make sure they put an in-line fuse in tho
So are the accessories hooked up to that new block all ways on constant power
Yes
When I turn on my accessories power at switch it doesn’t send power to the bar. Do you happen to know why?
You’ll have to message me on Instagram but I bet you the wires weren’t run from the battery to the bus bar
I am not an electrician so please don’t judge! If you have an inline fuse already and want to use these fuse boxes what size fuse would you use in the box for a horn for instance?
Whatever the manufacturer recommends
@@redneckengineering7739 as an intermediate electrical worker (I do jets so slightly different LOL) I would suggest the same fuse that came with whatever accessory you’re wiring in. That way it doesn’t blow too soon and allows the same flow as the OEM fuse that came with the accessory. But with that being said I am no expert and if it doesn’t have one please follow whatever the requirements say in the manual
Yeah well my channel name gives away a lot
@@redneckengineering7739 haha yes it does. And if it works don’t question it 😂 got a solid background in redneck engineering myself so I trust your credentials
Hey i tried finding you on instagram. But no luck. There seems to be no power to my bus bar. Wondering if you could help. Tried hooking up a light bar but theres no power
You are going to need to buy a bus bar harness if there are no wires connected to the bus bar then it does not have the harness and you will need to run power to the battery not all models came with it mine being the turbo model did
@@redneckengineering7739 I have one wire hooked up to bus bar from factory its hooked up to the ACC but I have no power to it on the BAT post??? Is there a fuse to bus bar?
So im going to do something similiar, Im going to use that same fuse block with all my accessories. Except im going to put an 100 amp relay in front of it that can be turned on and off with accessory power.
Nice I didn’t think of that
So where or how did you find the power to the key switch so you don’t have power all the time"
There’s literally a wire designated for that It’s the orange wire on the old bus bar so the Switches don’t get power unless the key is on
Should be evident in the video what I did I just move the bus bar over and hooked up only the switch 12 V accessory circuit because there is only one thing connected to it and that is the radio roof
I used a relay on the 12 V power to the fuse block. When I turn on the switch it powers the relay and I get power to the fuse block. Relays are mounted on an aluminum rail.
Yeah thats good bit now i have it way better with the switch pro
@@redneckengineering7739 Neat little device! They are pretty proud of them though.
Yes, but it’s worth it and also you can get one from aux been now for half the price
Yes, but for like $300 you can get one from aux beam that also has a solid-state relay
Poor illustration, also i dont understand why reviewer only focus briefly on the product they are introducing. Why not zoom in on the product, show all the buttons and while on close up indicate positive, negatives, extras, is the block constant current or does it shut off when the key is in the off position? Piss poor illustration.
Did Dena tell you? This video it for you get off my UA-cam channel and go to somebody else’s you are a piss poor individual leaving a dumb ass comment like this🤣🤣🤣🤣👍👍
