I lived in Ansbach Germany for almost 2 years while being in the Army and we drank Wiesen beer year round not just in the Fall and ate among other great food Shashlik(sp). We would go to this restaurant called the Cafe Zum Lam and eat some of the best food I ever ate! The baked onion soup was the best ever.We are this one dish called, "klina filet mit curried rice" about once a week it was so good. Thinking about it know makes my mouth water. I know I've misspelled a lot of things but it's been about 50 years since I was there.
Just a little tip here - The classic way to carry the mug aint holding the handle like you do, but put your hand right through and directly touch the "Masskrug" like you are shaking hands with a good old friend. Nice and firmly
Always tempted by these packages at the airport to bring back to the family for gifts, problem is I'm too tempted to drink them myself. Love how you rectify the pouring problem by drinking straight out of the can. Prost!
