I'm equally impressed that you have a 3D render of the synth floating around in the video 😂 not your average preset video with a generic background lol
Just want to say thank you for including a possibility for sysex upload to any of the 4 banks on the Pro-800. Little things like that make all the difference and are appreciated.
Masterful patch set so far. This melodic demo is awesome too, something you don't hear too often! Love the Alphaville touch. Great for traditional electronic/space/new age music composers
This is the best synth demo's I've heard yet! It's beautiful just to listen to, really sucking me in! Great job! :) I've just ordered mine but just missed the cut-off to get it tomorrow! Typical eh : )
@@kristianborisov5928 Yes, it does. But my point is that polyphonic aftertouch is extremely important for making that type of sound. If you don't have Polyphonic Aftertouch, you can't. And most of us don't have it!
Buy a HYDRASYNTH I ALREADY DID BUY THE FIRST HYDRA when they released it and got the lil brother the HYDRASYNTH EXPLORER JUST ORDERED (2) PRO 800’S BUNDLE FROM SWEETWATER (they arrive this Wednesday)
For the money it's hard to resist. I went from p10 to this and regretted it immediately. Thought the p800 was gonna be the reason to sell off all the good shit. I was mistaking. If it's too good to be true then it is. The p800 filter sounds way too harsh when open. I found it sounds best filtered for dark pads. Overall sounds thin and the deal breaker was that's there's zero separation in the bass to low mid area. It's all mud. The positives is the cost and it being a polysynth. I was very let down however
@@thecommonstaff8441Even when the P600 came out, nobody tried to compare it to a P5 or a P10. So don't try today. They're not the same machines. The 600 was just a milestone in synth history, not a very good machine. Few people liked it. Not all vintage synths are marvels. So, today the P800 is just an old 600 with not much more interest, just the price, a bargain for a polysynth, and the gligli additions. But don't compare a P10 and a P600, then or now.
The documentation basicly says «use a sysex librarian on your computer to transfer the bank». I was thinking that if a user have never used a sysex librarian before, they would google it or read the librarian documentation.
sorry for last time ... did get my palpal account in english beacause in french it is ulter bullsh.. so downloaded and have more then enough for other presets downloads for some synths .... maybe i will try to find some more modern presets for my m1 .... i don"t want to be asslicking but your presets for the pro800 are the best
If you don’t already have analog monosynths that can handle bass duties, you shouldn’t be looking a analog polysynth anyway. Great synths have roles…this synth definitely has a role in a mix. Only your creativity is your limit.
@@anonymous_friend I've had and still own behringer synths. I'm sorry I clearly offended you with the truth. I'll say it again the pro 800 lacks real definition in the low mids
@@thecommonstaff8441just so I'm understanding correctly.. are you saying the behringer pro 800 lack clarity, or that the prophet 5 generally lacks clarity?

One of the best patch demos I ever heard. holy shit is this good!

All of this from a $400 synth. You are a GOD!!!
Great sounds. They really show the possibilities of this beast. I love the Pro-800❤
What a demo. I'm blown away!

Best sounds I have heard so far, outstanding! Also the whole presentation and musicality. Now I'm really tempted again.
Best sound demo I’ve heard on this!
i almost didnt buy a pro 800 until i heard your patches. ill be picking all of these up very soon once it arrives
Excellent playing and music selections. These are some of the best patches I've heard on this synth!
These are really impressive
Great sounds! Purchased.
Beautiful patches! Beau boulot !
yeah excellent, rich and thick
Trillion times better than the factory presets!
Sounds great - I bought the set.
Clever guy, just bought all 4 banks, thank you!
Great patches! Sounds like a CS80 at times.
I bet that the polyphonic aftertouch he has programmed into the patches and played by the Hyrdasynth help with that Vangelis-type of aftertouch!
@@Magnus_Loov Possibly, but the more important is that Pro-800 is able to deliver that sound

@@thecommonstaff8441 You wrote 14 message trying to convince people that the Pro 800 is a bad synth !! For sure, you didn't succeed !
What about 1.3.7 firmware compatibility upgrade...?
If so, you must mention it in the video description...
Nice programming by the way...!!
it supports 1.3.7 and 1.4.1
Is this easy to load into the pro 800, is there a document including with clear instructions please??

Hi, i bought your pack and I love it! Is there a way to have them all separate and not in a bank? Or can i make this? Thanks in advance. Best, dom :)
That 70s tune at 7:26 is that from some song? amazing design, gonna buy all of them, also Pfizerstrings AHAHA not only great presets but also humour
Thanks! That’s just improvisation.

Victory sounds like a certain song by Korn
Nice
I made a patch very similar to your first one called Big Bottom

Non, but I like France 🙂
No low mid to bass separation which is why it's a 400$ synth
