I don't get why dudes don't like Carth. He has some white knighty qualities but in general he is a good guy with some relatively fun lines. He isn't annoying and berating like Bastila at least.
Taleb Husein I recall him having trust issues for the first little while but not that much, and I don't recall him "whining", certainly not as much as Bastila and people seem to like her okay. I guess it's just a general girls don't like the romance options for guys and guys don't really like the romance options for girls. Whatever, I think Carth is cool. Romancing Canderous would be pretty amazing though.

I always liked Carth and Jolee were my favorite followers in this game. Compared to most other followers they annoyed me the least. Mission was too immature (even if that's the point I don't care), Canderous was a douche, HK-47 was a dreadful follower (though funny), T3 and Zalbarr had no real personality, Juhani was just meh and Bastilla was too prissy (when I first played this game and her romance sub plot came up, I wanted nothing of it). Carth and Jolee always had fun quips to add in that I always enjoyed and I also liked there backstories.
That was hilarious. I love the part where that droid asks for his death. It's funny how they give those Star Wars droids personalities even though they do not truly have any feelings.
Personally, I think the most "suggestive line" is the one where he talks about putting Revan over his knee and teaching her a lesson. Now THAT caught my attention. Also his reaction if you reply with "Is that a promise?" I had fun toying with Carth on my second run through the game. xD

You didn't include the best part, when you make him fall in love with female Revan then go Darkside Path and kill the fool when he shows back up trying to bring you back to the light side. Also, making him kill his own son deserves a nod.
