There's one part near the first of this episode where the Empress says that the pearls are too expensive. The Emperor answers that the box of pearls can't be compared to the Emperor's gesture in giving them to her. It's kind of an ""i'm so wonderful''' statement. I hadn't gotten the feeling that the Emperor was so conceited at this point. Did someone make a mistake in the translation? Just curious! All the best to you and your family!
