Man, thanks for sharing knowledge. I'am autodidact, and people like you allow me to be where I'am today. I really appreciate what you are doing here. All the best.
First of all, thanks! This is great. I followed what you did and made similar maps. It looks absolutely phenomenal in substance painter, but much less so once I get it into maya. Could you say where all these textures connect on a vray or redshift shader? For instance: roughness. Is that the reflection roughness, or refraction roughness? Base color: is that diffuse color, or refraction color, or sheen, or reflection color? The only ones I know for sure are height and normals, all the others don't seem to give me the same look I'm getting in substance. Any thoughts?
Thank you for your lesson. Now I just have to figure out how to set up the glass material according to your lesson in UE 4. I've been trying for 2 hours now to get only a transparent shadow.
When i apply teh smart materials, it doesnt give any color, as its shown, rather just white/grey, what does this occur :) ( i bought the 30 glass mats)
Hello. Can you create a short tutorial on how to apply the glass material from the set sold on ArtStation? And then I impose a glass material, but it does not have transparency. I don't think I'm the only one with this problem...
@@javadrajabzade7192I'm updating the question... I can't apply the glass material. Everything on site looks completely different from the preview. No transparency or blur. Looks like money wasted.
First of all Did you add a opacity channel? after that you get a very poor transparent material like the tutorial because substance preview is not capable of doing that so you need to export that opacity mask from substance and use it in right render engine. @@3dstud_UA_Learn
hey i had this too but at the start when hes playing with the shader he changes the settings at the top to pbr-metal-rough-alpha-blending, which allows you to see the opacity change

Incredible work. Thanks for sharing 👍
glad you liked it!
Amazing content 👍🏼
Thanks!
Song went hard. Video went harder
Thanks man!
y como lo exportas para Unreal o unity?
Damn this looks good
Thanks!
GJ. Can you show your way to connect exported textures from SP for making glass shader in redshift?
sorry I'm not redshift user but i think It's not different with other engine
Is this workflow still apply with the latest update to translucency and absorption color in Painter
It's actually the same just a different map

Hey , can you please make a tutorial on water texteuring in substance painter
Yes, absolutely

Hi, definitely I’m going to publish a video on this topic as soon as I can
Also you can Dm me all of you’re questions that you want me to answer in my artstation

Not getting how you created that folder part option try to explain how you did that😢From timeline 1.19
Its an icon on the right side called Texture Set Settings
Hi how to export to blender
may i know why my opacity doesnt work even tho i already add just like you did? TT

Hey have you any course about texturing ? it's really good
I do not have a full course in substance painter yet, but I plan to do one in the near future
nice!
Thanks for the visit
The jar would be better with more details in the modelling. Great work on the texture part. Look like you also have a normal softedge issue
Thanks for the tips!
I am not seeing the errors you are referring to
@@cryterion7770 Oh you are right it not a normal softedge issue. More like when you bake you need more rays for the curvature map
Thank you
You're welcome

Too fast in some places, too slow in some places, Dude, how about you be a little more professional.
