Thank you for telling us about your mistakes. As a beginner decorator, I often want to give up after making a mistake. Other UA-camrs edit out any mistakes and experimenting that occurs when they're making their cakes. It's refreshing to see a more realistic cake making process with beautiful results.

My mind was blown when you did your layering on the wax paper then stuck it down in the piping bag. That looks so much easier than trying to stuff multiple colors in the bag itself. Very crafty with beautiful outcome!

Dear Arlene, One of the most valuable tips I gleaned from you is the use of Press-N-Seal wrap, but in several tutorials you call it "Saran Wrap." Just wanted to point this out in case you wanted to give credit to Glad Press-N-Seal. Thanks again for the very helpful tip!

Thank you! It looks nice (one could decide the "mistakes" were intentional mottling for a background), and the video is clear, with no fuss and silliness, and no irritating music---something that so many others feel they just MUST do. No cheese, just cake and frosting and a sensible voice! I appreciate that! Ahhh, and no headache from endless blathering and competing music, just a straightforward video that's easy to follow and looks just beautiful! Thanks:)
