  • This is my in depth Valorant aim training and warmup routine guide! I go over all the exercises/tasks I have found most useful to do over the past year of aim training, which has taken me from a 12 hs% to a 35 hs%. I go over 4 specific aimlabs playlists, 2 specific aimlabs tasks, 5 exercises in the range, and the 3 types of deathmatches I do in Valorant. I have created a notion document with all my routines compiled along with other content creator/pro routines and an area to write down your custom routines. If you found this video helpful make sure to drop a like, subscribe, and join my discord! I would love to reach 25,000 subs and really appreciate your support. Hope you enjoyed!

    UA-cam randomly put this video in my recommendation, excellent video brother, I do my own aim routine in Kovaaks, then I usually do pract range for a few minutes, hit 1-3 dms (first being guardian only, the second one is guardian only again if I was not happy with my performance on the first match, and, the third one is Vandal only) after that I que comp and play kovaaks while in Que (this includes selecting my agent and then I’ll once again tab back into kovaaks until my match in-game starts.

      @Karebu. Рік тому

      @@DreamWellYT Thanks for the great video, another pointer I’d like to give/tell is depending on what type of aim you are not so good at (in my case, I am very accurate with my wrist, I can run 1000+ edpi and be accurate. But I believe running “only wrist aim or only arm aim” is bad for your health. So I choose to use fast sens, but I still utilize my arm for 180s/360s/large flicks, long tracking,ect.) anyway, train your aim at 2x your sensitivity if you lack wrist aim precision to get better wrist aim quickly, and train at slower speeds if you lack precise arm aim/stopping power or overall arm flick speed). To summarize if you play on a 30 cm 360 (I play on a 29cm 360) if you are worse with your wrist than you are with your arm, you would Aim Train on a 15 cm 360. If you lack arm aim, but you have much better wrist aim. Aim Train on a 60 cm 360.

    I want to add 85% accuracy is the optimal balance between speed and precision. There's quite a few studies that show to optimal error rate for learning is ~15%, and all good aimers also follow this rule, consciously or subconsciously, notice that OP also has 85% in ra headclick.

    From what I read some years ago is that using a wireless mouse actually adds lag between input and output, because it is supposed to be slower transfer speed of information if it's not in the wire.
    I'm not sure if that has changed now, maybe new-gen mice are as good now, but I still believe people use just regular mice with some way to restrict the movement of the wire.

      I totally agree. It’s really hard to do but the scores just don’t matter. Sometimes I’ll have bad scores in aimlabs but then play well in Val and other times I’ll have good scores in aimlabs but play bad in Val. So just focus on consistent practice.

  • @jamaismort
    @jamaismort 5 місяців тому

    I've been playing valorant for 3 acts, and just aim training with aimlabs doing random stuff has helped immensely. Any practice shows improvement, but good practice shows efficiency. During act 7 pt 2 I started and had a hs % of 12%. Next act I had a hs % of 17.5. This act I have a hs % of 23.

    You dont need a 144z monitor and your mousepad depends on sens. But a good mouse is crucial because of the better sensors and stuff to eliminate skipping or the mouse not registering fast movement

    • @LuCish

      Yep you're right, a 60hz monitor, decent mousepad, and a mouse like a Razer Viper Mini should suffice.

      @@LuCish kind of but not rly. Like if you can get 144hz you really should. Above that isn’t super necessary but the difference between 60 and 144 is very noticeable and factually makes you do worse. There are some studies and some videos put out recently researching it and you perform clearly worse on 60. It’s not that much more expensive to get 144 nowadays anyway

      @@tekii111 Yea you're right, but you can still get better without a 144hz monitor. If someone were planning to get a monitor it would definitely be better to get a 144hz monitor. If they already have a 60hz monitor, they'll be fine with that.

    I’ve been struggling with consistency almost every major rank up. Gold, plat, Diamond, and now Ascendant. For 2 weeks my hs% per match range from 25-40ish aim feels snappy, then after I’m shaky, feel uncentered, hs% drops to under 20% and I’m spraying/whiffing 80% of my gun fights. I’ll try this routine out to see if it helps, thanks.

      I hope it does! Also you should work on your confidence. Spraying and whiffing usually happens when we get nervous and want to rush gunfights. Remember to play it slow and be more mindful on your gunfights.

So for example only do v1 for two weeks and then v2 for two weeks etc, or is it okay to do one day v1 the next v2 the next v3 etc.
