Never underestimate the power of self forgiveness... when you forgive yourself, you are taking responsibility for you life... this in turn, spreads love far and wide... to others. So you're not only healing yourself, you're in fact healing the world... once person at a time.
This relaxing meditation is a form of the ancient Hawaiian heart healing technique of Ho'Oponoono. If you are feeling disconnected from a loved one and want to repair the bond between you, do this exercise.
And as shamanic healer & teacher I see the power of Forgiveness of Others, Ourselves, and being in a frequency of LOVE, can enhance our lives and get us out of the pain of the dark times in our lives.
