I’ve been practicing Ho’opnopono for about five years now but this is the first meditation that deals with letting go of the past which is often what blocks us from moving on in our present lives. This will help a lot of people acknowledge all the hurt from their past, release its hold on them and allow them to move on. Me included. Ty so much. I’ll be exploring your channel in days to come.
