the information was the lack of information tho. The last game was the perfect example. Nothing happened in the early game. A reaper shooting a creep tumor at the Zerg base at 4.30 when usually that interaction is over by 3.30. Nothing happening in the early game ZvT pretty much seals the game as being below diamond lol
OMG, I am 90% sure that last terran is me. Plat2 really?? 🤔 (I am D3-D2) I think that was first few games, after pause in playing. Not sure what happed with moving into banes, but that was epic fail. If I recall correctly i actaully rage quit that game as i was very disappointed with my game play. Regarding nothing happened in first 8 minutes, this is just a lying propaganda and lambo should be condemed 😂😂🤣🤣I played two barracks, so there was a push at 5:30 mark. So, actually Harstem was spot on with my mmr. Anyway was amazing to get some comments about my gameplay from such legends. Ggs
Your opinion of silver 1 gameplay is quite high. These guys made units, spent their money decently, and microed a bit. Toss player got upgrades at reasonable times too
To be fair, I legitimately never played 1v1 before (even though I purchased wings of liberty hard copy on release). About 2 weeks ago I did my placements for 1v1 for the 1st time, I lost all my games, wound up with like 2k MMR, and placed into masters league in NA xD
These guys microed a bit, spent their money decently, and the toss player macroed/got upgrades too. A silver toss is not going to pressure the nat with early stalkers and then play colossi

It did not really achieve, what we had in mind but still confused a significant amount of people - even after 3 whole seasons. So we are trying the simpler and more straight forward score system this year and will see, what it changed at the end of the season to decide, how to move forward.
@@hamster_designs I mean sure but 3x5 confuses a significant amount of people :D Stuff like this is super important for being able to "compare" between seasons. Otherwise you throw away 3 years of data and records, like people think 9 is a good score now, but really 6 or less is the same "tier" of score that 9 once was. And then when you revert it, people have to go, oh forget about season 1 and 5, or visa versa. I'm curious what you had in mind that it didn't achieve, if being "pretty" close should be as rewarding as nailing a guess. Is my only thought.
I can't believe Grant basically outplayed Harstem mentally by effectively making the mental tax of choosing a third of the options harder for harstem
