The Binding of Isaac: Repentance - Challenge #34 - Ultra Hard

First clear. Really tense at the end with that Epic Fetus I wasn't entirely comfortable controlling.
I think the main problem with this challenge is just how tanky the champions are while the room layouts can absolutely devastate your health pool. For that reason I would reset a lot aiming for efficient room clear, but even with a powerful item like The Game Kid or Leech, I'd eventually succumb to some overwhelming champion combo. Because of that, playing out the early floors just to step up that dodging game is that much more important than resetting for a long time only to fail anyway. I guess ultimately it comes down to the maybe not so obvious bout of luck like I had here (Epic Fetus aside, Mom's Contacts is truly excellent), but not skipping that first Devil Room in hopes for a strong two heart item also seemed like a good strategy. (Speaking of strategy, not forgetting to enter a Library that I stopped resetting for would've been a good start.)
